We're encouraging hosting for the Sheffield Shuffle! This is where Shuffle-goers who are already in Sheffield and have a spare bed/couch/comfortable patch of floor offer to host those coming from further afield who are in need of accommodation.

Whether you're in Sheffield already and looking to help out a fellow Shuffle-goer, or someone struggling to find or afford accommodation over the weekend, please fill out the form below and we will strive to match you up as best as we can. We don't want there to be any barriers for anyone wanting to come to the Shuffle!

All hosts will also receive a £5 discount on their ticket after the event.

To ensure the Shuffle runs smoothly for us all, we're putting out a call for DJs and volunteers!

DJs will take at least one slot during our socials and keep everyone happy and dancing while the band isn't playing. All DJs will receive a £10 refund on their ticket.

Volunteers are those able and willing to be an extra pair of helping hands during the weekend, whether that be fetching and carrying, directing people around the venues and so forth. Volunteers will receive a £5 refund on their ticket, however please note that signing up to volunteer is a commitment: we do expect you to actually help us out! We're a pretty small committee, so we appreciate any support you can give us.
